You will be able to browse the floor plan in advance. We will also have print outs available and 'you are here' boards around the show.
Yes, there will be a box office at the show. Please note we will only be able to take card payments and cash will not be accepted. We recommended purchasing your tickets in advance as on the door prices will be more expensive.

RYA members and children aged 15 and under go free. RYA members will need to show their membership card at the box office to redeem their free ticket.
Farnborough is located south-west of London and is served by strong national and international travel links. Travel to Farnborough in just 35 minutes by train from London Waterloo with a free shuttle bus between Farnborough Main Train Station and the show all weekend. Alternatively, access the venue by car from the M3 and enjoy free parking on site.
Should you decide to travel by car, Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre is located just off the A325, accessible from the M3 (J4) and A31.

Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre is within easy reach of four stations: Farnborough Main, Farnborough North, North Camp and Aldershot.
Farnborough Main is served by South West Trains and sits on a mainline to London Waterloo. The station is 1.5 miles from the venue and just 5 minutes by taxi. There will be a free regular shuttle bus service from Farnborough Main to the venue.
Farnborough North and North Camp are served by First Great Western and located within a 10-minute taxi ride from the venue.
Aldershot is served by South West Trains and offers direct services to London Waterloo and Guildford. The station is a ten-minute taxi ride from the venue.

Yes, a free regular shuttlebus service will run from the front of Farnborough Main train station to the venue throughout the show. Simply look out for the RYA Dinghy and Watersports Show sign at the front of the coach.
The continuous service will run approximately every 30 minutes depending on traffic. The first bus will be leaving Farnborough Main station at 09:30 and the final bus of the day from the show will be 18:15 on Saturday and 17:15 on Sunday.
There’s capacity for 50-60 people on each service and space for one wheelchair.

Yes, please ensure you display your blue badge once on site and you will be directed to the relevant area.
Yes, our Hall 1 entrance foyers provide wheelchair-friendly access. There are lifts at both entrance foyers to access the First Floor. There are disabled toilets throughout the facility.

As Farnborough International is based on an airfield they must operate under CAA regulations which forbid anybody staying on site. There are several campsites in the area as an alternative.
No, animals are not permitted on site at Farnborough International Exhibition Centre with the exception of assistance dogs.
