RYA Scotland currently employs 15 staff in a wide range of roles, from performance to training to development alongside administrators to assist in promoting and protecting boating activities, alongside over 70 volunteers contributing and leading our work for the boating community in Scotland.

RYA Scotland's Participation & Development Committee supports the staff team and board across a wide range of areas across a development context, including:

● Club development
● Local infrastructure
● Equality
● Student sport
● Volunteer development and support

If you think you can effectively communicate and feedback needs of the Scottish boating community and help RYA Scotland achieve it's strategic priorities, then we want to hear from you!
